By using the Installation Platform, we obtain various types of information about your usage. This includes “Personal Information” as defined by the CCPA, which encompasses details that can identify or relate to a specific individual, household, or device, as shown in the table below.

Records of personal property, products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.

Included in this category are genetic, physiological, behavioral, and biological traits, along with activity patterns that can be used to generate templates or other identifiers. Examples include fingerprints, facial recognition data, voiceprints, iris or retina scans, typing patterns, walking patterns, and data related to sleep, health, or exercise.

We will not obtain any new categories of Personal Information or use the information we’ve collected for purposes that are substantially different, unrelated, or incompatible without notifying you.


SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

In the last twelve (12) months, we have not sold any Personal Information.

Depending on your connection with us, you have options to control how we process your Personal Information. To assert any of your rights regarding your Personal Information, please fill out the Privacy Rights Policy form and forward it to our privacy team.


AMENDMENTS

As required under the CCPA, we will update this Privacy Notice every 12 months. The last revision date will be reflected in the “Last Modified” heading located at the bottom of the Privacy Notice.
